We currently have a vacancy for a Property Services Officer, based in the Helensburgh Office, covering Lomond and support the East area.

The successful applicant needs to have a minimum of three higher grades or a recognised construction trade qualification.  

A minimum of 5 years’ experience of working in either a construction or social housing environment along with membership of a professional or recognised trade body associated with Housing Maintenance or Construction would be an advantage.

The main purpose of this post is to deliver an effective repairs and maintenance service to properties and assets owned or managed by the Association in line with the organisation’s policies and procedures

As the job involves travelling between various locations within the Lomond area, a full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use is essential.
